Domaine Boeglin was born in 2025 from a simple desire: bringing a family together around the land. Under the watchful eye of our father Philippe, we joined forces with my brothers, Alexis and Théo, to build a project that truly reflects who we are.
Wine and olive oil, without artifice
I'm Pacôme. My role is to transform the fruit of our harvests into emotions. As a winemaker and olive oil producer, I seek above all purity and character. No complicated speeches, just the true taste of a respected terroir.

1,000 olive trees, a raw terroir.
In the heart of Portugal, our extra virgin oil is the fruit of a close collaboration between Domaine Boeglin and Christophe Gameiro. He watches over our 1,000 trees daily, while I join the farm to follow every step of the production.
The demand for freshness
Cold-pressed on the very same day, the Cobrançosa (80%) and Cordovil (20%) varieties unite in a complex blend, naturally rich in polyphenols.
